Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable

TradeVue is a self-service software product. All subscription payments (Monthly and Yearly) are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refund Policy

No Refunds After Payment

Once a subscription payment is made, it is non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • No partial refunds for unused period
  • No refunds for account suspension due to policy violations

Why this policy? As a software subscription business, this policy helps us prevent abuse, maintain affordable pricing, and focus on building a better product. You can review the feature list and FAQs on our pricing page before subscribing.

Exceptions (Refund Eligible)

Refunds are ONLY provided in these exceptional cases:

1. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice by mistake due to a technical error, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.

2. Technical Error on Our Side

If you were charged due to a technical error from TradeVue (e.g., charged after cancellation), we'll issue a full refund.

3. Service Unavailability

If the service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund.

To request a refund in these cases, contact us at billing@tradevue.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID / Payment reference
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshots if applicable

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • Future billing stops immediately — you won't be charged again
  • You keep access until the end of your current paid period
  • Your data remains safe (you can export it anytime before access ends)
  • You can resubscribe anytime in the future

Example: If you subscribe on Jan 1 for a month and cancel on Jan 15, you'll have full access until Jan 31. No charges after that. No refund for the unused 16 days.

How to Cancel

Option 1: From Dashboard

  1. Log in to your TradeVue account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Option 2: Contact Support

Email us at billing@tradevue.in with your registered email address and we'll cancel your subscription within 24 hours.

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) to ensure uninterrupted service.

  • You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal
  • Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged
  • If you forget to cancel, you can still request the next billing cycle not be renewed

Price Changes

If we change our subscription prices:

  • Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
  • Your current billing cycle will not be affected
  • New prices apply only to renewals after the notification period
  • You can cancel before the new price takes effect
