Since TradeVue offers a 7-day free trial, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Please try the platform during the trial period before purchasing.

Free Trial

Every new user gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.

Use this time to:

  • Test all features
  • Connect your broker
  • Try the AI insights
  • Decide if TradeVue fits your needs

Refund Policy

No Refunds After Payment

Once a subscription payment is made, it is non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Yearly subscriptions
  • No partial refunds

Why this policy? We offer a generous free trial so you can make an informed decision. This policy helps us prevent abuse and maintain affordable pricing.

Exceptions (Refund Eligible)

Refunds are ONLY provided in these cases:

Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.

Technical Error on Our Side

If you were charged due to a technical error from TradeVue, we'll issue a full refund.

To request a refund in these cases, contact us at billing@tradevue.in with your transaction details.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

What Happens When You Cancel:

  • Future billing stops immediately
  • You keep access until the end of your current paid period
  • Your data remains safe (you can export it anytime)
  • You can resubscribe anytime

Example: If you subscribe on Jan 1 for a month and cancel on Jan 15, you'll have access until Jan 31. No charges after that.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your TradeVue account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Subscription Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
