TradeVue is a self-service software product. All subscription payments (Monthly and Yearly) are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are ONLY provided in these exceptional cases:
If you were charged twice by mistake due to a technical error, we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately.
If you were charged due to a technical error from TradeVue (e.g., charged after cancellation), we'll issue a full refund.
If the service was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end, you may request a prorated refund.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings or by contacting support.
Example: If you subscribe on Jan 1 for a month and cancel on Jan 15, you'll have full access until Jan 31. No charges after that. No refund for the unused 16 days.
