1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeVue.in ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

TradeVue is operated by TradeVue Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a technology company registered in India.

2. Nature of Service

TradeVue.in is a trading journal and analysis tool. We help you track your trades, understand your patterns, and improve your discipline through self-analysis.

We are NOT: A broker, an advisory service, a research analyst, a tips provider, or a stock recommendation service. We don't tell you what to buy or sell.

3. User Responsibilities & Risk Acknowledgment

By using TradeVue, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions
• Any profits or losses from trading are entirely yours
• TradeVue only shows data and analysis — we don't give recommendations
• You should verify all data with your broker
• Trading involves substantial risk of loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You will not rely on TradeVue for any investment decisions
• You are of legal age to trade in securities in your jurisdiction

4. AI-Powered Insights Disclaimer

TradeVue provides AI-generated insights based on your recorded trading data. These insights are:

• For educational purposes only — to help you understand your patterns
• NOT investment advice — do not treat them as buy/sell recommendations
• Based on historical data — past patterns may not predict future results
• Generated automatically — they should be verified and not blindly followed

AI insights are self-analysis tools, not financial advice. Always consult with a SEBI-registered advisor for investment decisions.

5. How We Get Data (Read-Only Access)

Trade data comes from:

• Broker APIs (with your permission, read-only access to historical data only - NO trading permissions)
• Manual entry by you
• CSV uploads

We show what we receive. If there's a mismatch, please check with your broker. We do NOT have permissions to place trades, modify orders, or access your trading capital.

6. Financial Losses & Trading Risks

TradeVue is not responsible for any financial losses you may incur from trading. Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance shown in the journal does not guarantee future results.

All trading activities are conducted through your broker, not through TradeVue. We are only a record-keeping and analytics platform.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are for software access only (NOT for trading, brokerage, or securities purchases).

• 7-Day Free Trial: New users get full access for 7 days. Payment method is required during signup but you will NOT be charged during the trial period.
• After the trial, you will be automatically charged for your selected plan unless you cancel
• You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for used period
• Access continues until the end of your paid period
• Payments via Razorpay are exclusively for platform subscription fees

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that:

• Abuse the platform or its features
• Share login credentials with others
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or misuse features
• Violate these terms or applicable laws
• Use the platform for any illegal activities
• Provide false or misleading information

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeVue Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeVue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or data inaccuracies
• Any decisions made based on the Service

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of TradeVue after changes means you accept the updated terms.
